This app captures the costs associated with buying and owning a property (home, apartment, condo, etc.), then calculates the equivalent monthly rent to help you decide whether to rent or buy.
How it works?
Very straightforward, you enter your renting, buying and potential funding information along with some expected information related to cost of ownership, growth and holding property, then show up the results.
The free version offers the equivalent monthly rent based on the first year irrecoverable cost of buying.
The paid version offers a deeper thorough analysis. It comes with a detailed month-by-month breakdown for your irrecoverable costs of buying. So you can determine exactly the point in time when buying is better that renting (Breakeven point). This is the point when irrecoverable costs of buying are lower than the costs renting cost. The paid version also comes with loan amortization over your funding period and a monthly cash flow analysis.
